Suggest an app, or fix a price

Lifetime Mac has no accounts, no comment box and no submission form, because it has no database — the whole directory is a folder of text files. That makes corrections cheap, but it means suggestions arrive by email rather than through a widget.

What makes an app eligible

• It runs on macOS.
• You can pay once and keep using it — or it is free. Subscription-only apps are out, no matter how good.
• It is still maintained, or is a well-known classic that still works.
• The price is published somewhere we can read it.

What to send

The app name and the URL of the page showing the price. That is genuinely all — we check everything ourselves regardless, so there is no point writing a pitch.

For a correction, the app page and what is wrong. A link to the developer’s current pricing page is worth more than any amount of explanation.

What we will not do

We do not take payment for inclusion, placement, wording, or removal of a catch. If you are a developer and think the catch we recorded is unfair or out of date, tell us what changed and we will re-check it — that is a correction, and corrections are free and welcome. What we will not do is delete an accurate one.
