VIP Support covers the first year of a one-time licence and then needs extending. AI features are an add-on on the one-time plan and included on the subscription, and eM Client notes that future features depending on third-party services may be limited on one-time plans. eM Client is a full desktop mail client that also carries calendar, contacts, tasks and chat — roughly what Outlook was before it became a web page. IMAP, Gmail, Exchange and iCloud all work properly, PGP and S/MIME are built in, and the features other mail apps put behind a monthly tier (snooze, watch for reply, send later, translation, signature and snippet libraries) come with the licence.
Buy Personal once, at 39,95 €, and Lifetime Upgrades comes with it — the checkout lists it as an included line item at no extra charge, which means the licence stays valid for future major versions and not just the one you installed. That is rare in mail software and it is the reason this entry exists. There is also a 29,95 € yearly subscription; the one-time licence is the better deal, and it covers three devices.

It is a Windows-first application that runs on macOS, so it will not feel like Mail.app and the density puts some people off inside five minutes.
