IconJar

IconJar is a librarian for the icon sets you already own. Drop in SVG, PDF, PNG and icon fonts, tag them, and search the lot from one window instead of trying to remember which of eleven download folders held the right arrow. Previews scale cleanly, you can recolour before export, and you can drag an icon straight into Sketch, Figma, Xcode or a code editor at the size and format you need. It arrives with Google Material Icons already loaded, so there is something to search on day one.

The pricing page offers both models at once: 25 dollars a year, or 75 dollars once. The one-off licence is why the app is listed here, and it is also where the fine print runs out — nothing on the page says which future major versions that payment covers. Buy it as the app you can see today. It is not abandoned: version 2.11.4 shipped in January 2026 from a two-person team.

It organises icons, it does not make them, so you still need a vector editor. And if your icon needs amount to one Material or Lucide set pulled from a package, a folder and a search field will do the job. The buy-once price starts making sense once you are juggling several purchased packs across projects.
