Boxy SVG edits SVG instead of converting it. The file you save is the file you opened: readable markup that a browser, a build step and a teammate's diff all understand, with a panel for editing the XML directly when a path has to be exactly right. For icons, logos, diagrams and anything headed into a web project, that matters more than the length of the feature list.
Buy it from the Mac App Store. The 19.99 dollar listing is paid up front with no in-app purchases, and it is the only one-time licence here we could actually verify. The same developer sells a browser-based version through his own site, and independent software directories describe that as an annual plan starting near 10 dollars a year. We could not read his pricing page to confirm it, so check carefully before paying there, and do not assume the two purchases are the same thing.
